While on a picnic near the BOSS Oil refinery, Rantdog and his family are attacked by Tar Zombies. Only the bumbling Rantdog survives. He vows to avenge his family's untimely deaths. Instead, he's discovered drunk in a bar by Smash, a BOSS Oil Executive, who's masquerading as a journalist. Together they attack the Tar Zombie hordes.
