M. Kees organise un voyage de classe dans un camping. Les élèves sont ravis jusqu’à ce qu’ils apprennent que la terrible directrice, Mme Dreus, décide de les accompagner et de transformer ce voyage en camp d’étude. Mais les événements ne vont pas se passer ainsi, et que M. Kees va faire passer une semaine pleine d’aventures à ses élèves !.
L’arrivée de Sub. Sam, comme le surnomment rapidement les enfants, n’aurait pas pu tomber à un meilleur moment pour Tobias. C’est parce que Tobias est intelligent, de nature enjouée et très drôle, mais Mademoiselle Sanne ne s’en rendait pas compte. Elle ne voyait que les problèmes. C’est vrai, son père est mort et sa mère passe ses journées au lit, mais Tobias ne veut pas y penser à l’école. Et avec le nouveau maître, il n’y est plus obligé….
